Friday Evening Activities for the Oregon State Organization 2023
Join us for Wine, Food & Fun
Are you planning on arriving at our Spring Convention on Friday, April 28th? If so, please consider joining us at Left Coast Estates (4225 N. Pacific Hwy. W., Rickreall, OR) anytime between 12:30-2:30p.m. for wine tasting, wood fired pizza, conversation, and fun.
Please indicate your interest on the convention registration, and Dr. Cindy Ryan will be in touch. We are planning on meeting at Left Coast, but if a group wants to meet at the Independence Hotel and drive together, we can make that happen as well. Left Coast Estates is a beautiful 19-minute drive from the Independence Hotel. Please don’t hesitate to email Cindy if you have any questions at ryanc@wou.edu. We are looking forward to seeing you at our 2023 State Convention.

Tech Station - Civic Center
6:00 - 9:00 PM
Friday Night Tech Station
These days, everyone from zoom meeting users to Google Docs data collectors depends on technology. Because technology is an important part of the Society and the world, this session hosted by the Membership/Expansion Committee will provide some practical tips on how to navigate both the new Delta Kappa Gamma International website and Oregon State website.
Come join us Friday evening from 6 pm to 9 pm in the Civic Center. Participants that complete the process of reviewing their personal data on the international website, complete their media permission forms on the state website, and participate in a scavenger hunt on both websites will have a chance to win a $5 Starbucks gift card - 5 gift cards will be awarded.
Learning Objectives:
1. Identify how to update personal information on the international website
2. Review what it takes to complete a media permission form on the state website
3. Discover materials and forms available on both websites to help your Chapter thrive
